In this week’s Audio Journey we look at the benefits of templates. By templates I mean a personalised .sesx file you can open when you create a new multitrack session and within that .sesx file you would have your favourite effects and processes loaded automatically saving you from having to add an effect or a bus every time you create a new session.
I have long worked with my own .sesx template file to produce imaging, voiceovers, commercials and promos. I also have other .sesx files for different production jobs too.
In this video, using a voice session from my 4 year old son, I show how easy it is to produce audio using a set of effects already stored in a template file.
