Once again, for a second year in a row, X-Factor didn’t get the Christmas Number 1 but another big year for music. It’s been the year where music lost greats including David Bowie, Prince, Rick Parfitt and George Michael.
Drake secured a huge run at number one despite not actually selling the most copies drawing into question the way the modern day chart is compiled! However the chart has changed to reflect the way music is consumed in the modern day so things like that will happen!
