Lots of people come and ask for requests, absolutely no problem in that however lots of them go about it totally the wrong way.
1. Do not start asking with “Oi!”. That will just get you ignored altogether
2. Do not say “play it next”. What about everyone else who has already asked as is waiting patiently?
3. Don’t ask for a song that’s just been played about 5 minutes ago. It might be your favourite song in the whole world but no-one wants to hear the same song repeated 5 times in an hour’s playlist!
