My Top 40 singles of 2015

As the year draws to a close it’s time to think back to what 2015 brought us in music. It was the year that Justin Bieber turned haters into Beliebers with song after song from his Purpose album hitting the chart. It was the year X-Factor failed to hit Christmas Number 1 (nor number 1 at all) as Louisa Johnson (who was clearly the right winner) peaked at number 9 in the chart with the single Forever Young.

It was also the year for big comebacks as Jeff Lynn brought back ELO, New Order returned, Duran Duran returned too.
